Spacious Duplex Suites
Two-story rooms with kitchenettes offer more living space for families and groups.
3-star hotel in Makkah with spacious suites, direct al-Haram access, and family-friendly amenities near the Clock Towers and pilgrimage sites.
Six signals to read the stay at a glance.
Located in the heart of Makkah, this 3-star hotel offers easy access to the Masjid al-Haram and its iconic pilgrimage sites. Many suites feature spacious, two-level layouts with kitchenettes, ideal for families or larger groups seeking a practical base close to religious landmarks. While some rooms face neighboring buildings limiting natural light, the overall accommodation provides comfortable living spaces with essential services such as room service and laundry.
Guests appreciate the hotel's position inside the clock tower complex, which includes shopping and dining options directly beneath. Despite lacking a fitness center or pool, the hotel compensates with convenience, free parking, and a kid-friendly environment. Travelers note the efficient check-in process and helpful staff, though some mention smaller bathrooms and view limitations. Breakfast offers variety and is considered better than many competing properties nearby.
Its proximity to key places like Gate 89/90 of the Haram mosque makes it a strategic choice for pilgrims, while nearby transport hubs facilitate access to airports and city points. Overall, it blends practical features with a location that lets visitors spend more time focused on their stay in this revered city.

A snapshot of guest ratings and stories behind the stay.
“We stayed in a family suite (6 people) during December on the 10th floor. The hotel is located minutes from gate 89/90 of the haram, and this why primarily why we chose this hotel. It's located in a tower with shopping facilities and food courts below. Our room had 6 single beds, three downstairs and another 3 in the mezzanine floor. Our view was horrible as it was looking to the adjacent building, and consequently there was no natural light in our room which was annoying. There's a small kitchenette provided but with no pans or pots, you get a fridge and a kettle. Our room had two bathrooms, the upstairs bathroom due to the way it was designed (had a floor shower) was useless as it flooded due to the flat profile of the floor. Furnishings were of a good quality. My complaints are : 1) due to the size of the room the cleaning staff often tried to get away by not cleaning the room. You had to literally stand there and make sure they did what you asked. Then after they finished they would just stand there looking at you awkwardly in what I assume was them waiting for a tip (mafi fulus cuz). 2) The front of house staff, although decent and better than others I have experienced in KSA in terms of professionalism and grasp of the English language, messed up during an emergency. My father had collapsed after coming out of the toilet and I called the reception and asked for them to call for help and send a Dr. An hour or two passed and no one came. When I went down to see the receptionist they said that the callout charge was 900 SR, or that we should put my father in a trolley and take him to a hospital in the floors above. I don't expect them to me medics, and alhamdullilah myself being one I was able to rule out any serious causes however if my father had a stroke things would have been so different today. In a collapsed patient, you do not wheel them up (what's the Arabic for syncope). As I said, don't expect them to be medics but they need at least some basic life support training. Apart from this, it's a good hotel albeit slightly expensive (I guess you pay for the convinience).”
“Its a good place, they have specil lift also but if you get a room on that side, you can ask the front desk. Room is good , there is a small kitchen. Overall very good experience.”
“Good place. Just left at main entrance of clock tower in front of Abdulaziz gate. Very near to Haram. No rush in lifts even in peak times. Check in very fast. Good staff. No car parking. Excellent breakfast. Room are good. Negative thing wash room too small and typically smelly having some drainage problem. City side view not available. A huge wall of another hotel in window side. Even no sunlight at window side which create depressive feeling as a lockup. Direct access at food court. Overall good experience.”
“Nice place, very close to masjidil haram. Very spacious with a complete pantry; it's more like an apartment than a hotel. The staffs are very friendly too”
“I stayed here from 5th June to 14th June 2019 I'm from Pakistan most of Pakistani people don't know about this place I suggest them to stay here it's very close alharam direct access from elevator to your room floor Room service very good friendly staff ideal for family delicious breakfast of different variety of dishes children under 5 year to avoid upper part of suites stairs are risky for them overall I suggest to stay here”
“The whole staff was extremely helpful. The room service was readily available for all our needs and went above and beyond in caring for us. The room was very spacious and easily fit out 6-member family. The hotel is very close to the haram and is easy to access when one enters the clock tower. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other guests. Br. Rasheed, Kaleem, and Lateef were very responsive and helpful!”
“Excellent hotel for families visiting Makkah. This is nearest to baab abdul aziz of haram. Room includes kichenette sitting area dining area and separate place for sleeping. Hotel itself is 4 star I thibk that is because of bathrooms which are bit small otherwise its best in town at this rate n at such place. Breakfast is better than many 5 star hotels n serves different variety on daily basis.”
“Near to Al Haram mosque about 50 meters. Perform Umrah stayed 7 night. Quite crowded, covid SOP was not strictly followed even in the lift especially before prayers call. Security at random will asked your luggage to be xrayed. Restaurant at level 6. Variety of Malaysian food and very tasty. Very clean, regularly mop clean floors. Lots of security personnel. No worries for Malaysian as the securities personnel are very lenient to Malaysian and some of them speak Malay/Indonesian. InsyaaAllah will Perform the umrah again with my wife, grand daughter and grandson, InsyaaAllah. *It's an experience of a life time especially praying in front of Kaàbah*.”
